Senior technicians who contribute to Australasia's popular automotive aftermarket industry network, TaT (The Automotive Technician), held one of their regular field days in Queensland, and took the opportunity to visit SuperCool and SuperTest.
Hosted by SuperCool Group Managing Director Mark Mitchell, the 22 technicians from three eastern states were shown the SuperTest facility, the Unicla assembly room and heard Mark deliver a timely observation about the value of a well trained aftermarket industry, despite competition from car dealerships.
The TaT team was impressed:
From Brisbane's Maurice Donovan, 'I could not have imagined that you were going to encourage us as much as you did with your words of wisdom and experience. The TaT team thank you. We appreciated the time you gave up to allow us the privilege of visiting your place of business and mentoring us.
'My young fourth year apprentice is still telling me how much he enjoyed meeting you and seeing what you do. Who knows, he could be the Mark Mitchell of the future, inspired by your talk.'
From Sydney's Deyan Barrie, 'I just wanted to send you some well deserved praise and thank you for providing so much of your valuable time to show us your excellent facility. From the general talk afterwards I can say that your talk was very inspiring to say the least. We all remarked how fabulous your facilities were and how attention to detail reflected your personal touch and expectations.'
